My approach to technology consulting is geared toward making you look good by achieving meaningful results. I embed myself into your environment and apply a seven point, progressive framework to ensure that your project is delivered on-time, on-budget and in-scope.

Points of Progress

1. Start by listening - This most basic of skills is often not applied early in the project process, when it is most critical.
2. Define the strategic goals of the project and specific, measurable goals - A project is successfully only if you have defined what success is.  
3. Create a plan before starting out, that will ensure you meet those goals -  
4. Tie the features of the product to the strategic plan, preferably with measurable tactical goals
5. Clearly define roles, acquire the appropriate resources and employ a methodology customized to yor culture that will ensure you reach your tactical goals
6. Keep communication open, clear and concise.
7. Apply modern technology to implement the solution.
